Through our experience of focusing on these two areas of expertise - dementia and nursing - it has shown us that the most effective way to deliver high quality specialised care is in a small well run home. However, being part of a larger group means you can enjoy the advantages of financial security and appropriately trained staff.
Our registered home managers have overall day to day responsibility for the running of the four homes. They are supported by a deputy manager and a highly professional team of carers plus cooks and cleaners; gardeners and maintenance staff, who work with their colleagues to achieve the highest standard of care at all times.
Our aim is to create a happy, busy and friendly environment with a professional but natural, family-like atmosphere. We fully appreciate that it is difficult to fully re-create the benefits of being at home, but our philosophy of care allows us to provide care, comfort and companionship that's hard to find elsewhere.
