All residents receive a full contract of service prior to taking up residence in the home, agreed by the resident or a nominated person responsible for making the placement on their behalf.

Residency can only be provided following agreement of the contract and payment of the first four weeks fees.

Where the Local Authority payment does not fully meet the agreed fee, a third party contract to meet the required 'top-up' will be signed prior to the placement being made.

Fees are then payable on the first of the month in advance. A range of payment methods designed to suit you is available.
