Benslow Care Homes - Staff
The work force for the home is made up of staff from various backgrounds and levels of training. All staff undertake mandatory training and all care assistants are enrolled for the NVQ level 2 in Care and many go on to gain NVQ level 3 and beyond.
We are privileged to have a loyal team of staff, many of whom have been part of Benslow Management Company for some years. Well trained, motivated and caring they ensure excellence and continuity of care for our service users.
Operational support for the home is provided by the team at Head Office.
