The home is managed by a qualified NVQ4 manager who is supported by a team of qualified caring staff.

The home has a dedicated maintenance man who is available for all repairs and maintenance that is needed.

The work-force for the Home is made up of staff from various backgrounds and levels of training. All staff undertake mandatory training and some of the care assistants have enrolled for the NVQ level 2 in Care and many go on to gain NVQ level 3 and beyond.

We are privileged to have a loyal staff, many of whom have been part of Benslow Management Company for some years. Well trained, motivated and caring they ensure excellence and continuity of care for our service users.

Operational support for the home is provided by the team at Head Office.
